At Jacked Javelin, every program is built for one purpose — to help you become a stronger, faster, and more mobile thrower. Whether you’re chasing your first 50-meter throw or pushing past 80, our training systems are designed to develop the physical qualities that elite javelin performance demands: strength, speed, mobility, and power.

 

All programs are hosted directly in our mobile training app, giving you everything you need right at your fingertips — daily workouts, video demonstrations, progress tracking, and access to our community of dedicated throwers.
