Make Javelin Mainstream
Jacked Javelin is dedicated to bringing Javelin education to everyone in the world and we are on a mission to continue to expand our reach nationwide. Below you can see what we have accomplished in our short 2 years of business, and get an insight into where we are headed. It is important to understand that when you financially support Jacked Javelin, many of the proceeds go back into the Javelin community, as it is our goal to make Javelin mainstream, so every thrower in the world has better education, resources, camps, facilities, and most importantly the opportunity to get involved in the sport.

I'm Dan Labbadia & I started Jacked Javelin to make Javelin education accessible to everyone in the world. I hear all the time "My coach is not an expert in Javelin, I have no guidance"

Luckily for you, I am an expert and have coached one of the best throwers in United States history, as well as helped thousands through my online programs.
Although I started my career coaching some of the best athletes in the country, my speciality is taking beginner throwers, and developing them to improve 5-14m in a single season, to put them on track to improve 20m in 4 years of working with me.

In 2019 I had Tommy John Surgery to repair a torn UCL in my elbow and in 2020 our season was canceled due to the pandemic.

I did not compete from 2018-2021 and used this time to level up my knowledge and physicality through hiring private coaches online and in person.

After my first 2 seasons coaching, Nevan Burke had improved 11 meters and Jordan Davis had improved 9 meters, and won the D2 national championship in 2022

In September 2023 My Friend Brett Hart (the owner of Hitman Performance) and I started a podcast to focus on Bridging "The Gap" Between training and on field performance, and how Brett as a strength coach, and me as a Javelin coach, use training to impact the sport specific needs of athletes.
December 1st 2023, the first Jacked Javelin Program was released
In 2024 Jordan improved his PR by 10m, broke the US college record, and won his 2nd D2 national championship, coming up 1.05m away from qualifying for the 2024 Paris Olympics with a throw of 84.45m

Nevan PRd by 7m improving to 67m and was top 10 in the nation for D2 schools

Both of them improved over 20m in 4 years of working with me.
Jordan Davis & I at the US Olympic Trials in 2024 where Jordan finished 6th in the country

On January 13th 2025 The Jacked Javelin APP was released. I worked with a team of software engineers to develop the first Javelin training app in history. Included in this app is 16 free guides and resources that has allowed 5,000 athletes from all across the world to use our revolutionary system for free.

Jacked Javelin now has had over 500 Javelin athletes worldwide train through our programs.

On August 15th & 16th 2025 We Hosted Our First Ever Jacked Javelin Camp, with over 40 participants.

On September 19th 2025 Jacked Javelin launched Plyo balls, which was the first ever plyo ball kit to include weights and sizes specifically for javelin throwers
Javelin Launch

High School Javelin Legalization:

Yellow = Legal (24)
Black - Illegal (26)
Javelin Launch is a passion project I started in the fall of 2025, it is still in th e very early stages but is apart of our long term goal.
It is our mission to bring javelin education to the everyone in the entire world for free. Through our free course, Youtube, Podcast, Parents Facebook group, and training app we are able to do just that.

However, as long as Javelin stays illegal in 26 out of the 50 states at the high school level, we are unable to reach as many people as we could, and bring more awareness to the sport.

In the next 50 years we are on mission to see all 50 states have javelin legalized at the high school level, and see a United States thrower win the Olympic Gold medal for the first time since 1952.

How we are going to do that is through creating a system and process that is repeatable in each state, so we do the work, and we find a spokesperson to each state to bring it forth, and fight for its legislation through a board of athletic directors voting on it.

If you are an athlete or coach who lives in a state where Javelin is illegal, email info@jackedjavelin.com to join the mission in getting javelin legalized in your state.
