The Strength Through Length Program is a 12-week system built to unlock mobility, control, and strength through full range of motion. Split into 4 phases of 3 weeks, this 6-day-per-week program progressively takes you from static mobility to weighted mobility, building stability and strength at every end range. Perfect for Javelin throwers it teaches your body to move freely, stay durable, and produce power from deeper, stronger, and more controlled positions.




Whether you are a thrower getting back into throwing after a long break, or someone who has just always lacked mobility, Strength Through Length is the program for you!
