Camp Registration
The Jacked Javelin Classic is an optional meet being held the day before the training camp that requires a separate sign up.
The camp is limited to 100 participants

Kevin Foster, Owner of Javelin Anatomy the first online Javelin business in history & revolutionized mobility training for overhead athletes with his world famous "Mobility Ability Program"
Former UCONN thrower where he threw 72m / 236 FT



Jordan Davis, D1 Thrower at the University of Georgia
Won 2 national titles at the D2 level with a PR of 84.45m which is the US collegiate record and #6 furthest throw in US history.
Corey Stalters was a 3X first team, D3 All American and has a PR of 68.94m.
Corey now coaches the Javelin at Bridgewater state and continues to compete to this day.
Conrad Bernstein is a D1 Thrower for Cal Poly State and has a PR of 68.85 and is competing this season to secure a place at D1 nationals and the US championship

Just Kolpan is a D1 thrower for the university of Rutgers with a PR of 65m / 214 FT
He is known for his work ethic and physicality and bench presses 390lbs

Camp Schedule
Two full days of training built around technique, strength, and runway work.
Day 1
9:00 AM — Registration
9:30 AM — Warmup
10:00 – 11:30 AM — Station Work
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Lift
12:30 – 2:30 PM — Lunch Break
2:30 – 4:00 PM — Javelin Technique + Speed Seminar (Q&A to follow if time
allows)
4:00 – 4:30 PM — Warmup
4:30 – 5:30 PM — Open Runway
Day 2
9:00 AM — Registration
9:30 AM — Warmup
10:00 – 11:30 AM — Station Work
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Lift (split into two groups rotating)
12:30 – 2:30 PM — Lunch Break
2:30 – 3:00 PM — Warmup
3:00 – 4:00 PM — Open Runway
On the last day we leave time at the end to continue discussing javelin, break into groups, hang out, take pictures, etc.
The official end time is 4:00, but many stay later if their schedule allows. However, since some people need to leave to head home, we allow whatever fits their schedule.
