These are great for javelin throwers to do reverse throws, improve their throwing power, and arm speed by throwing overweight balls. These plyo balls are built to last, as their soft PVC exterior filled with sand is great for absorbing the force when thrown against a wall or for distance. These are the same balls we use with our athletes and train with them for 30+ hours a week, they are super durable, unlike the other brands, where you have to buy a new ball every few months.
