I'm Daniel Labbadia & I started Jacked Javelin to make Javelin education accessible to everyone in the world. I hear all the time "My coach is not an expert in Javelin, I have no guidance"

Luckily for you, I am an expert and have coached one of the best throwers in United States history, as well as helped thousands through my online programs.

My speciality is taking beginner throwers, and developing them to improve 5-14m in a single season, to put them on track to improve 20m in 4 years of working with me.

In my coaching career I have won 2 NCAA D2 national championships (2022, 2024). In 2024 an athlete I coached, Jordan Davis threw 84.45m to become #6 all time in US history.

And I became the youngest coach in US history to coach an athlete over 84m meters at 25 years old.

I always say there is a skill for everything. Coaching online is a skill, coaching 1 on 1 is a skill, coaching in groups is a skill, and coaching in competitions is a skill.

I have had the privilege of coaching at 4 NCAA national meets and the 2024 Olympic trials to have experience coaching at the highest level.

Coaching an athlete at the olympics is my goal for 2028 as we came up just 1 meter shy of qualifying in 2024.

In January 2025 The Jacked Javelin APP was released. I worked with a team of software engineers to develop the first Javelin training app in history.  Included in this app is 16 free guides and resources that has allowed 5,000 athletes from all across the world to use our revolutionary system for free.

Jacked Javelin now has had over 500 Javelin athletes worldwide train through our programs.

On September 19th 2025 Jacked Javelin launched Plyo balls, which was the first ever plyo ball kit to include weights and sizes specifically for javelin throwers.
I started a podcast titled "The Gap"  to focus on Bridging "The Gap" Between training and on field performance, with my Co Host Brett Hart.

Brett as a sports performance coach and me as a Javelin coach, use this podcast to talk about training and the impact the sport specific needs of athletes.
