VELOCITY
A Javelin Program Anyone Can Follow!

To get the most out of this program, you'll need a set of Jacked Javelin plyo balls. They're designed specifically to develop arm speed, train the throwing pattern under varying loads, and build the kind of explosive, relaxed arm action that translates directly to the javelin. The plyo work is woven throughout every block — so having the right tools in hand is essential to unlocking the results.

This program will allow you to build your throwing power, improve your technique, and bridge the gap from your stand throw to your full approach over the course of the year!

Each drill includes a video walkthrough with voiceover and captions to guide you through proper form. Your program prescribes exactly which drills to do and how many reps, so you always know what's next.

The first athlete I beta tested this program with was with Jordan Davis, who improved his PR 10m in one year, going from 74m to 84m in 1 season and 21m over his 4 years working with me.

Which allowed him to qualify for the Olympic Trials, Broke the D2 national record, win the D2 National Championship, and get a full scholarship to the university of Georgia

Jacked Javelin Velocity is a four-block program engineered to turn positions into power and power into distance. You'll move through three-week cycles — each one building on the last, each one ending with a deload focused on arm care and mobility so you stay healthy while you get faster. Block 1 locks in your positions and a relaxed approach. Block 2 cranks the velocity. Block 3 brings rhythm to your approach from 3–7 steps. Block 4 takes you all the way to full approach work with crossovers and refined position work. Video walkthroughs guide every drill.

Stuck inside during the winter? No problem. The program includes alternate drills using plyo balls, med balls, and water bags so you can train javelin indoors and keep building through the off-season.

Plus, every athlete gets personalized video technical analysis from Coach Dan — real eyes on your throw, real feedback, real progress.

Charlie ran the velocity program for 1 year, adding 7m to his PR from 53m to 61m and placed 3rd at New Balance Nationals in 2025
