What's Included in Group Training?

Jacked Javelin is an official USATF club team

 

When you join this group you get to train with Coach Dan in person every week, and attend meets over the summer and fall with the most dedicated throwers in New England.

 

Weekly 2-hour group practice in Milford, CT, our group is currently co- ed and will switch to boys and girls groups in the spring when enrollment increases.​

Saturday 2-4pm

 

5 day / week training program inside the Jacked Javelin app with mobility, strength, and throwing

Unlimited technical analysis from your Coach
